"Rosie the Riveter" WWII Sheet Metal Worker

RCASF Charity Re-Roof Project.

Would you like to attach your name to a worthy community project and partner with RCASF?

RCASF seeks your assistance re-roofing "Rosie the Riveter" 97-year-old WWII sheet metal worker's home.

Florence was born in San Antonio, Tx October 1925. She worked as a "Rosie the Riveter" during WWII in Texas. She worked as a blueprint reader and sheet metal worker during World War II. She moved into her home in 1972. She had a small business on Krome in downtown Homestead called Flo's Rock Shop. She had several jobs around Homestead including working at Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant. She has been a good community member.

HERE'S HOW!

In past charity projects, RCASF has asked for member contractors to volunteer labor on the roof. Through experience, we've learned that a better approach is to have one crew on the roof and ask for financial donations toward the project. This ensures a safe work environment.
The crew on the roof will all wear RCASF labeled shirts and photos will be taken for public relations purposes. Each company making a donation toward the project will be recognized.
