Requirements
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Position Benefits: Education - High school degree or equivalent preferred Experience - 3-5 years of field construction management experience in commercial roofing (Required – this is a hands-on, field-based role, not an office position) - Candidates with general construction experience are welcome but must have at least 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience - Proven ability to lead large teams and manage projects directly on-site in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on experience in employee management, scheduling, and project oversight in the field
