ROOFING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH FLORIDA’S SUPPORT OF MAKE-A-WISH TOPS $2 MILLION
(MIAMI, Fla., July 28, 2025) – For the past 13 years, the Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida (RCASF) has been donating proceeds from its annual fishing tournament to Make-A-Wish® Southern Florida. While its $2.1 million total, including more than $400,000 from this year’s event, will ultimately grant 420 life-changing wishes for critically-ill children, it was the experience of one particular child roofing industry representatives were most interested in as they gathered recently at Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada.
40th Annual Fishing Tournament Raises $125,000 to Grant 25 ‘Wishes’ for Make-A-Wish Foundation and also raises $20,000 for the International Game Fish Association (IGFA) Junior Angler’s Educational Program.
